Position Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively on teams that include scientists, physicians and communications experts to raise awareness for our clients by:

• Assisting in the development of key corporate communications strategy and materials including corporate and product messaging documents, press releases, corporate and conference presentations and more.
• Create well-structured & comprehensive reports that effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to relevant senior stakeholders at a pharma company.
• Developing media outreach strategies and materials to convey corporate news and storylines clearly and concisely.
• Building corporate visibility on social media channels among investors, physicians, scientists, patients and the public.
• Developing and implementing corporate and scientific messaging across communications channels.
• Collaborating with agency departments, including visual design, social media, and marketing teams, to accurately convey scientific and business concepts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmaceutical research and ensure that reports comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues, teams and clients across multiple geographies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry and an advanced science or medical degree, i.e. M.D. or Ph.D.
• Experience working in communications or public relations in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medtech, health-tech and diagnostics industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in scientific reporting.
• Strong organizational, project-management and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, teams and clients across multiple geographies
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
• Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines in pharmaceutical research and report writing.
