We are seeking:

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Accounting & Operations Specialist position. This individual, under supervision, will provide operational and accounting support by performing routine transactions, reconciliations, account maintenance, and customer service-related activities.  This candidate should be technologically adept, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Possess proficient knowledge of deposit and electronic banking products and services and related documentation.
• Maintain a positive attitude and possess the ability to work in a team environment.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
• Software utilized with which to become proficient: MS Office Suite, Xperience, Silverlake, Silverlake Teller, 4Sight Web Research & Reporting, Positive Pay, RDA Portal, Synergy, Deposit Origination System, AvidAscend
• Be willing to work flexible hours as needed to accomplish job requirements.

Salary Description:  $21-$25/ hour
