Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with preparing and posting journal entries under the guidance of senior accounting staff.  
• Perform basic account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.  
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.  
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. 
• Enter financial data into accounting software accurately. 
• Process employee expense reports and reimbursements. 
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters. 
• Support month-end and year-end close by preparing schedules and maintaining documentation.  
• Maintain accurate financial records and organize supporting documentation.  
• Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets for management.  
• Help identify and resolve routine accounting issues.  
• Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team. 

Experience:

• 1-4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience.  
• Entry-level accounting experience is a plus. 
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000
