The firm is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our rapidly growing and energetic firm. Our staff enjoy flexible hours, summer Fridays, full-time remote & hybrid remote work arrangements and dress for your day attire!

Position Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivables and Payables.


• Bank Reconciliations.


• Developing trial balances.


• Build and maintain client base.


• Help many different clients with their bookkeeping needs.


• Reconciling various client accounts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience


• Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping


• Proficient with Quickbooks (Quickbooks Certified Preferred)


• Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy


• Ability to travel to and from client offices

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience.
