Accounts Payable Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 
  Process vendor invoices accurately and timely while ensuring proper coding and documentation.
  


• 
  Review and reconcile vendor statements, identify discrepancies, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
  


• 
  Support weekly check, ACH, and wire payment processes.
  


• 
  Assist with preparing and maintaining payment documentation and records.
  


• 
  Help manage international vendor payments and maintain supporting schedules.
  


• 
  Review and process employee expense reports for compliance with company policies.
  


• 
  Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, account inquiries, and invoice discrepancies.
  


• 
  Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting activities.
  


• 
  Generate and analyze accounts payable reports to support accurate financial management.
  


• 
  Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  


• 
  Previous accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience preferred.
  


• 
  Understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping, and financial principles.
  


• 
  Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  


• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  


• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  


• 
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  


• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business systems.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $55,000 - $65,000, based on your experience and background.
