Position: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: The Center, just of Russell in Missoula and group homes around Missoula

Your Role:

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices for timely payment
• Verify invoice approvals, supporting documentation, and account coding
• Prepare and process check and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Process company credit card and business expense transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounts payable reconciliations
• Maintain accurate vendor records, including new vendor setup and maintenance
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and invoice questions

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two to three years of accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or related office experience preferred
• Accounts payable experience is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to pass required background checks
