Accounts Payable Associate | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE 

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will prepare and reconcile financial transactions, process and verify high-volume accounts payable invoices, and execute accurate and timely payments while maintaining organized tracking and reporting systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, including detailed data entry and verification for accuracy and proper coding. 

• Work with external and internal customers to obtain invoices, purchase orders, and statements, while maintaining strong vendor relationships. 

• Reconcile statements and prepare monthly accruals. 

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation purposes. 

• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.  

• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.  

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Other duties as assigned by management.  

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

COMPENSATION  

Competitive salary starting at $22-$26/hour commensurate with experience.
