Job Description: 

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Office Personnel to join our dealership team. This role supports a variety of administrative and clerical functions to ensure smooth and professional daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent in-person and phone support


• Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage paperwork for various departments


• Process invoices, file documents, and assist with billing or accounting as needed


• Provide general office support to sales, service, and management teams


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment


• Schedule appointments and manage calendars when necessary


• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism


• Support other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer functions


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively


• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
