Accounts Receivable Clerk

Twin City Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Alcoa, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely invoicing to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly.


• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received on time.


• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.


• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.


• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.


• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in finance or accounting is a plus.
