Position Overview

The Automotive Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles from private sellers, service drive customers, and third-party platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source vehicles through online marketplaces, service drive, and customer outreach


• Appraise vehicles and present competitive purchase offers


• Build relationships with customers looking to sell or trade in their vehicles


• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication


• Work closely with sales and management teams to meet inventory goals


• Track and manage acquisition pipeline using CRM tools


• Stay up to date on market trends and vehicle values

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales, BDC, or acquisition experience required


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset


• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads


• Familiarity with appraisal tools and CRM systems is a plus


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
