Spearhead Builds LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Acrylic Bath Installers to join our growing team in Rochester, NY.

We specialize in bath remodeling and custom deck installations, providing high-quality, low-maintenance solutions for homeowners. We take pride in craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and building long-term careers for our team members.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath systems and complete bathroom remodels (often in one day)
• Perform carpentry and construction-related work
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Follow installation standards and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate respectfully with customers
• Load, organize, and maintain work vehicles

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience
• Ability to measure accurately and use basic tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
