If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Active Directory Engineer for EPIC - Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).\n\nAn Active Directory (AD) Engineer plays a critical role in supporting Epic infrastructure, as Epic relies heavily on Active Directory for authentication, security, and group policy management. The AD Engineer ensures that domain services, user access, and interoperability across Epic and third-party systems function seamlessly\n\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM) for Epic Systems:\n\n * Design and manage Active Directory structures (OUs, groups, service accounts) specific to Epic.\n * Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) for Epic Hyperspace, Cogito tools, and other integrated apps.\n * Support single sign-on (SSO) and Kerberos authentication for Epic Hyperspace, especially in Citrix/VDI environments.\n\n\n\nGroup Policy and Configuration Management:\n\n * Create and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to configure Epic workstations, terminal servers, and virtual desktops.\n * Ensure Epic clients have the proper settings for performance, security, and compatibility (e.g., printer redirection, timeouts, ActiveX settings).\n * Deploy and manage login scripts, mapped drives, and environment variables tied to Epic workflows.\n\n\n\nDomain Integration and Support for Epic Components:\n\n * Support domain joining and integration of Epic servers and clients (including Interconnect, Hyperspace, and ancillary apps).\n * Ensure trusts, DNS, LDAP, and certificate services function correctly for cross-domain or multi-forest Epic implementations.\n * Coordinate with Epic TS and internal teams to troubleshoot directory-related issues during upgrades or system refreshes.\n\n\n\nSecurity, Compliance, and Audit Support:\n\n * Maintain audit-ready access controls and logging in accordance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and internal IT security policies.\n * Regularly review and update privileged account access, group memberships, and service account usage.\n * Implement and monitor multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies as required for Epic access.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
