Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Weekend Activities Assistants. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of activities, entertainment, and recreational therapies for residents

- Engage residents in social, physical, and cognitive activities to promote well-being and quality of life

- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences

- Maintain a safe and clean activity area, adhering to facility policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their daily experiences

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules

- Prior experience in activities coordination or healthcare is a plus but not required

- Reliable, responsible, and able to commit to both Saturday and Sunday shifts

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for serving others
