Salary: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year + Quarterly Bonus Potential

In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the lives of the residents, allowing them to play an active role in society
- Develop, organize and facilitate a well rounded activities program that enhances the lives of the residents
- Consult with resident families as needed to best meet individual resident needs
- Display extensive knowledge of therapeutic recreational techniques and interact positively with outside organizations and promote positive community relations
- Record and maintain activity progress notes as well as a record of resident activities and attendance
- Actively supervise all team members within your area and ensure that all company standards are met or exceeded
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of one year of experience in the Recreational or Occupational Therapy field, or a minimum of three years experience providing direct care is required
- A valid PA driver's license is required (with no more than two moving violations in a three-year period as determined by insurance industry standards)
- Gerontology experience is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or LPN license is preferred
- CRS is preferred
- Consideration will be given to candidates that have experience with Direct Care responsibilities in a Special Needs population, Cognitive/Memory Impairment population, Developmental or Educational field
