Adjunct Faculty, Business - Human Resources

This position is based at our Newport News, VA campus location.

Compensation: $1,500 - 1,800 per course section. Compensation is determined by discipline, credential level, and course type.  Ranges reflect good faith estimates based on current pay practices.

We are seeking Business professionals, specifically in Human Resources to join our faculty team.  As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes.  

This would be an ideal position for a Business - HR professional. Our terms are five weeks long, and class sizes are small which give our faculty the perfect environment in which to share their specific industry experience. Education/Experience:

• 
  
  Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Human Resources from a regionally accredited educational institution.
  
  


• 
  
  3-5 years of industry experience within the past 10 years required.
  
  


• 
  
  Prior teaching or presentation experience a plus
