Adjunct Faculty - Management

This is an Adjunct Management Instructor position. The successful candidate should be able to teach daytime and online classes such as Introduction to Business, HR Management,  Business Math, Employee Compensation and Benefits, and Training and Development.  The classes are offered in an in-person daytime (blended), and an online, asynchronous 8-week format using Blackboard Ultra and candidates need to have online teaching experience and proficient use of Blackboard Ultra.   

Education Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business management or human resources management and the equivalent of one year's full-time non-teaching work experience in the field. MBA or Master's degree in management or human resources preferred.

Experience Requirements: College level teaching experience or demonstrated ability to teach subject matter. Must have a minimum of 3 years of business experience in management and/or human resources. Business AI experience is preferred.
