Saint Joseph’s University’s Department of Management has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct faculty to staff a variety of courses each semester. We are looking for the support of highly qualified, capable, and experienced adjunct instructors. This positions are for in-person teaching at our main campus on Hawk Hill. The courses would be at the undergraduate level.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to students
Instruct an assigned course providing syllabi and other instructional materials
Use of university learning management systems to deliver instruction
In addition to meeting all scheduled class session, adjunct faculty are expected to offer one hour of office hours each week.
For the 2026-27 Academic Year, we have specific needs in these areas:
Organizational Behavior/Human Resources
Business Ethics
Workplace Diversity
Part-time adjunct faculty may instruct 1 or 2 courses each semester on an “as needed” basis.
Again, these would be in-person classes serving our undergraduate students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Business Ethics or a closely related field.
Preferred
Experience teaching in a post-secondary environment.

May require talking for long periods of time
May require carrying course materials
Modality:
In-person only
