Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Sunnyvale, CA. This position provides Administrative support to the Product Design team, senior Directors and VP. In this role you frequently interact with other senior leaders and their administrative staff. The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize.

This is a 6 month contract position covering a leave-of-absence and starts on September 5, 2017. The pay range for this position is $23-$25/hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing team’s daily calendar, demonstrating flexibility and problem solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last minute changes.
• Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Main point of contact for all things building related, work closely with Facilities and Building Rep.
• Organizing and supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, team off sites, and other events.
• Given global nature of the business may require morning or evening calls.
• Process and manage purchase orders, expense reports and corp card purchases.
• Manage conference rooms, maintain common areas.
• Responsible for administrative support to a department or individuals; including typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
• May work on special projects such as purchase order entry.
