Our Facility Administrators are the organizational backbone of the operation — supporting our management team, keeping our people processes on track, and making sure the facility has everything it needs to run smoothly. What You'll Do:
People & HR Support
- Support the onboarding process from offer to first day — paperwork, orientation, and records
- Monitor recruitment activity and help maintain healthy staffing levels
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, working closely with the HR team to resolve them
- Assist with training and development tracking and documentation
Facilities & Inventory
- Order and maintain supplies across all departments
- Track warehouse inventory and available products
- Receive, check, and sign off on incoming shipments
General Administration
- Perform data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
- Answer phones and assist walk-in employees and visitors
- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative needs
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, HR support, or office experience
- Comfortable with word processing, data entry, and routine paperwork
- Strong communicator who can work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
