What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Administrative Assistant , you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel. The Administrative Assistant position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with filing, and providing support for recruiting functions.  

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
