Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using scale system.


• Grade grain for quality and maintain accurate records.


• Answer and direct incoming phone calls


• Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general bookkeeping tasks


• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)


• Provide administrative support to management and operations staff.

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Basic computer and data entry proficiency


• Good communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work extended hours and weekends during busy seasons.

Physical Requirements:
Physically able to perform all requirements including but not limited to:                                                                                                                              

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.


• Occasional lifting (up to 25-50 pounds)


• Ability to work in both office and scale-house environments.
