Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Client Support

JOB SUMMARY: 


Rapidly growing healthcare technology company is looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Client Services team. If you possess these qualities and want to be part of a passionate team on a mission to drive change in healthcare, then Green Light could be a great fit for you. RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Handle basic inquiries and forward complex questions to appropriate staff

  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Accurately complete data entry and pricing of medical claims

  • Assist the internal teams with various administrative tasks as needed

  • Work with leadership to ensure proper client service is being delivered

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA protocol at all times

  • Other duties as assigned


 


 QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Pleasant telephone voice with excellent verbal and written skills

  • Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Ability to multi-task (and be detail-oriented while doing so)

  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills


 


 PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):



  • 1-2 years healthcare customer service experience.

  • Basic knowledge of commonly used medical terminology.

  • General knowledge of healthcare claims and reimbursement process.
