Job Description - Administrative Assistant I

Company Description

We are a global distribution company currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Coppell, TX.

Job Description

Word processing
Data entry
Auditing documents
Answering phones
Distributing mail Maintaining calendars
Making travel arrangements
Reserving conference rooms
Coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1+ yrs of Administrative Assistant experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Legal authorization to work in the US

Additional Information

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM**
Pay: DOE
3 Month Contract +/-

**Need to be flexible---may work over 12 hours a day
