Job Purpose:

Provides administrative support for the MRO department at Martin-Baker America, Inc. Performs duties including the receiving of customer packages, entering customer parts into SAP, organizing customer parts within the department, and daily inventory cycle counts. Performs administrative duties such as scanning and indexing documents and records and maintain customer inventories.

Overview:

• 
  
  Receive customer products daily and ensure proper accountability.
  
  


• 
  
  Enter customer parts into SAP following established process instructions.
  
  


• 
  
  Generate, manage, and transmit electronic log card data to customers.
  
  


• 
  
  Complete I2S submittals.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain the JSF Sustainment Action Log and record all outbound shipments.
  
  


• 
  
  Complete accurate clerical off‑loads when required.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED; Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


• Desirable; 2 years' experience in a clerical role.


• 
  
  Experience with ERP/resource management systems is a plus.
  
  


• 
  
  Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  


• 
  
  Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
  
  


• Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
