What You Will Create
- A polished and welcoming experience through warm, knowledgeable service that makes every guest and member feel recognized while ensuring the details behind their visit are thoughtfully coordinated
- Seamless reservations for shooting, fishing, archery, and outdoor experiences through precise coordination of bookings, schedules, upcoming groups, and operational details from planning through participation
- Memorable events and competitions by bringing corporate and sanctioned events to life through thoughtful planning, registration, setup, scoring, and attentive coordination that allows participants to remain focused on the experience
- An organized, confident operation through accurate staff scheduling, weekly schedule communication, lodge opening and closing support, and proactive preparation for upcoming groups and priorities
- Financial and administrative confidence through accurate payroll, commissions, gratuity adjustments, Rounds Breakdown, Commission Reports, Daily Flash, Dimensions, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation that keeps facility operations precise and accountable
- Trusted member relationships through accurate member records, responsive communication, and thoughtful attention to the information and details that strengthen long-term connections
- A versatile and supportive team environment by providing thoughtful backup across retail, the retail bank, mail, errands, and other operational needs while contributing wherever your organization and resourcefulness can make the greatest difference

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative and customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and effectively use internal systems and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to remain organized, accurate, and effective in high-pressure situations while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to remain standing for up to eight hours at a time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
