Job Description - Administrative Specialist

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Administrative Specialist to support our Federal Government client. The Administrative Specialist will provide property management, facility coordination, and logistical support to ensure proper handling, accountability, and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and office resources.

 

Administrative Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general property custodial duties and assist Government authorities as needed.  
  • Serve as the point of contact for facility maintenance issues.  
  • Serve as the point of contact for office equipment and coordinate repairs with appropriate offices.  
  • Ensure office spaces and office equipment are properly supplied.  
  • Coordinate with other USMS offices to ensure supplies, equipment, and shredding activities are properly accounted for and handled.  
  • Coordinate and assist with compliance related to all safety and security protocols.  
  • Coordinate and set up conference rooms for meetings.  
  • Assist with office moves, including computers, phones, and other devices.  
  • Prepare reports as required.

Administrative Specialist Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least three years of demonstrated experience in supply technician duties, inventory management, or office management responsibilities.  
  • Familiarity with technical supply management.  
  • Familiarity with management of decentralized and decontrolled items.  
  • Ability to consistently deliver high‑quality work under pressure.  
  • High school diploma or GED required.
