Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, one of Bristol’s most established and respected independent property specialists, to recruit an Administrator for their thriving Auction Department based in Clifton (BS8). With a strong reputation across residential sales, lettings and property auctions, our client offers an exciting opportunity to join a professional and highly successful team within a growing area of the business.


Role Overview


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator with an estate agency or property background to join a fast-paced and successful auction department. Working from the Clifton office, you will play a key role in supporting the team with property administration, client enquiries, compliance and the preparation and marketing of auction properties.


With no weekend working and the opportunity to join one of Bristol’s leading independent property consultancies, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working within a busy property environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries

  • Preparing property particulars, letters and correspondence

  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across online portals and the company website

  • Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and colleagues across the business

  • Assisting with compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the company’s CRM system

  • Providing general administrative support to the Property Auctions team

  • Ensuring all documentation and property information is accurate and up to date

  • Supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of the auction process


Skills and Qualifications


  • Previous estate agency or similar property experience preferred

  • Previous administration or secretarial experience essential

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional, friendly and confident telephone manner

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment

  • Proactive and professional approach


Package and Benefits



  • £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

  • Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

  • No weekend working

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Parking space or permit parking provided
