Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

What You'll Do:

As an Administrator-in-Training, you'll gain practical experience in:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (or currently enrolled in an approved AIT program)
  • Desire to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
