What You'll Do

• Lead all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and regulatory performance


• Support resident satisfaction and quality outcomes


• Develop, mentor, and engage department leaders and staff


• Drive census growth, community relations, and marketing initiatives


• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

What You'll Need

• Current Hawaii Nursing Home Administrator license


• Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting


• Strong financial management and operational leadership skills


• Excellent communication and team development abilities


• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulators
