About Us: NASCAR SpeedPark is a premier family entertainment center featuring go-kart tracks, amusement rides, mini-golf, mini-bowling, and arcade attractions. We're looking for enthusiastic Admissions Cashiers to join our team and provide an excellent and welcoming experience for our guests.

Job Description: As an Admissions Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with their admissions purchases. You'll help guests personalize their experience by sharing specials and packages, provide assistance throughout their visit, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the admissions area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive first impression by welcoming guests and assisting with their admissions purchases.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sales) system for ticket sales, annual credentials, group bookings, employee exchanges, and consignments.
• Share information about promotions, packages, and special offers to help guests customize their visit.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow safe money-handling procedures.
• Keep the admissions area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support the merchandise, group events, and redemption counter operations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and report guest concerns to the team lead, supervisor, or manager on duty.
• Assist in creating a safe, fun, and memorable environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with handing out rain checks during inclement weather situations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and adapt to varying weather conditions.
