Adult Clinician (Individual, Couples & Family Therapist)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to provide psychotherapy to adult clients, with opportunities to work with couples and families depending on interest and training.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy in their clinical work while benefiting from the support, structure, and collaboration of a group practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients
- Provide couples and/or family therapy (if trained and interested)
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Collaborate with other clinicians for consultation and care coordination
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, or case consultation as needed
Clinical Specializations (Preferred)
We are especially interested in clinicians with experience or a strong interest in:
- Trauma-affirming therapy (e.g., EMDR, somatic approaches, CPT, TF-CBT)
- LGBTQIA+ affirming care, including gender-affirming therapy
- Neuroaffirming approaches, including work with ADHD, autism, and neurodivergent adults
- Relationship work, including couples therapy (e.g., Gottman, EFT, Discernment Counseling)
- Intersectional, culturally responsive care
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active licensure (Provisional License or Full Independent License) in Illinois
- Experience providing therapy to adult populations
- Strong clinical, ethical, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training in trauma modalities, couples therapy, family therapy, or neurodiversity
- Experience working with marginalized or underserved populations
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Interest in contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented practice
