Community teaching hospital in Brooklyn New York is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to work in its outpatient services department. Will perform evaluations, medication management, risk assessments, and develop treatment plans. Patient base consist of adult underserved population presenting with various mental health, dual diagnosis issues, low socioeconomic status, MICA patients.

Outpatient services include: Behavioral Health Program – Adult, Chemical Dependency Outpatient Program, Continuing Day Treatment Program, Mobile Crisis Team, Partial Hospitalization Program, Alternative Housing Program, Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment, and a HIV Out- stationing Program (HOP)

Hospital offers a continuum of care which includes acute, medical, surgical, gynecological, pediatric and psychiatric inpatient, outpatient care and emergency services, and patient-focused education and prevention services in the inpatient and ambulatory setting.

Monday- Friday work schedule with voluntary call available which pays in above regular salary. Full hospital benefits package
