We’re hiring an Adult Psychiatrist who wants strong earning potential, a collaborative care environment, and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry.

You’ll step into a role providing adult psychiatric care across a 16-bed inpatient unit and outpatient setting. Mornings are primarily dedicated to inpatient rounds, with afternoons focused on outpatient care. You’ll share weekday inpatient coverage with another psychiatrist while working alongside an established multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
• You hold or can obtain an Indiana medical license
• You can maintain appropriate CSR and DEA credentials
• You’re comfortable providing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care
• New graduates completing residency or fellowship are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary: $316,000, with increases based on years of experience
• RVU-based productivity incentive available
