Weekend Warrior Needed – Immediate Opening!

Supported Community Living Staff – My Pad Program, Middlebury, VT

Our My Pad residential program is looking for compassionate, dependable staff to provide essential Saturday & Sunday daytime support to adults experiencing challenges in mental health.  If you’ve been looking for meaningful work that fits around your weekday schedule — this is it.  

No extensive experience? No problem.
If you’re dependable, caring, and ready to learn — we will train you.

You’ll work 1:1 with a resident on Saturday and Sunday during the day, helping strengthen daily living skills, working toward wellness and recovery, and building independence. Your weekends won’t just be shifts. It will be a rewarding time with meaningful connections. Your consistent presence makes progress possible. 

What You’ll Do

• Build positive, supportive relationships
• Help residents strengthen coping skills and work toward recovery goals
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry, hygiene routine)
• Support medication administration (training provided)
• Help maintain a safe, stable living environment

Experience in mental health or human services is helpful — but not required if you’re trainable and motivated. 

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $21.43/hour 
• This position can be full-time with full benefits if you have additional availability to work at least 30 hours. There are shift      differentials of +$3 for evening hours and +$4 for overnights.
