Adults - Residential Manager

Residential Manager, Adult Mental Health Program 

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative program leader with experience in residential services for adults coping with mental health conditions. We offer a supportive team environment with a commitment to learning and innovation.

Responsibilities include:

· Oversee day-to-day management of the residential home 

· Create a supportive environment grounded in Open Dialogue, Trauma-Informed Care, and strength-based, recovery-focused principles

· Collaborate on individual support planning and ensure effective implementation

· Provide direct supervision to residential staff

· Schedule staff and substitute coverage 

· Work closely with the program nurse in coordinating medical care

· Ensure licensing standards are met and well-documented

What we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or related field) and relevant experience, or commensurate experience and training 

· Basic knowledge of psychiatric disabilities and recovery principles

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

· Compassionate, patient, and able to engage meaningfully with residents

· Eagerness and flexibility to be part of evolving models of residential support.

Position details:

· Full-time with 40 hours per week

· Starting at $22.62/hour. The schedule involves some weekend and night shifts. There are shift differentials of plus $3 for evening hours and plus $4 for overnight.
