What You’ll Champion:

• Full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) opportunity with a leading cardiac surgery team at WellSpan York Hospital. 
• Join a highly collaborative practice featuring 4 cardiac surgeons and 5 experienced APPs. 
• Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with a shared call rotation. 
• Provide comprehensive cardiac surgery, critical care, and inpatient management for pre- and post-operative patients. 
• Perform consults, daily rounds, patient assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination.
• Support a busy cardiac surgery service across two operating rooms while managing inpatient and ICU patient care. 
• Cardiac surgery experience required; Acute Care NP or PA-C certification required. 
• Must reside within 40 minutes of WellSpan York Hospital for call coverage.
