Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG), a highly respected 160+ provider, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking a dedicated Advance Practice Provider (APP)—Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to join our growing, mission-driven organization. About the Role
The Advanced Practice Provider serves as a trusted clinician and clinical resource, delivering high-quality care as the program coordinator for the Early Pulmonary Cancer Detection Program through comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment, education, and follow-up. Working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams, the APP oversees the program by identifying and triaging appropriate candidates, communicating with referring providers, and following patients through the process.
This role blends clinical autonomy with strong team support and offers meaningful involvement in quality improvement, patient experience, and care coordination initiatives.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. The pay range may also vary based on specialty if applicable. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
