This position will be in Roy, UT and supporting the Advanced Programs Fulgurite project.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\nThe successful candidate will provide conceptual and preliminary design support for strategic systems, driving system-concept development, requirements definition, and allocation. The candidate will make technical contributions to a growing team of designers and analysts, advancing conceptual and preliminary designs and maturing technologies for future deterrence concepts.\n\nIn this role, the candidate will contribute to trade-studies, architecture development, and systems-engineering efforts, influencing designs to deliver credible weapon-system concepts that satisfy performance, cost, schedule and risk targets while clarifying the trade-off space among capability, life-cycle cost and technical availability. The candidate will identify, assess, and track technology roadmaps and emerging support-system capability gaps to inform technology development and concept definition.\n\nResponsibilities also include demonstrating a strong commitment to ethics and integrity, innovating while challenging traditional business practices. The candidate will operate in an advanced design environment and collaborate across the division and with suppliers to achieve team objectives. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
