Job Description

Truly Lawn is looking for a dependable and motivated Seasonal Lawn Care Technician to join our team during our busy fall aeration season.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building experience in the lawn care industry. As an Aeration Technician, you will gain hands-on experience operating professional lawn care equipment, completing aeration services, and learning the skills needed to provide high-quality lawn care.

This position will begin in late August and continue through the fall season, with the potential for continued employment beyond the season for the right candidate who is interested in growing with Truly Lawn and building a career in the lawn care industry.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Position Details

• Seasonal position beginning in late August with potential for continued employment beyond the season
• Full-time seasonal hours during the fall aeration season
• Pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience
• Outdoor, hands-on work environment
• Opportunity to gain valuable lawn care and equipment operation experience

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned aeration routes efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate lawn aeration equipment while following proper operating procedures
• Drive company vehicles and equipment trailers to job locations
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment throughout the workday
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Ensure each property is serviced properly and meets Truly Lawn’s quality expectations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be comfortable driving with a trailer
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred
• Previous aeration experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
