$40-$65/hr (depending on experience) plus Performance-based Bonus

Holistic Inc. is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice, looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) to perform cosmetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) and other aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers); experience with biostimulators (Sculptra or Radiesse) is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-promote services and products that will benefit patients

  
  


• 
  

  Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience. 

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations 

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in business growth through patient education and retention

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Licensed RN or NP in the state of West Virginia 

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and leadership skills
