In this field-based position, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to drive clinical adoption, support education initiatives, and help grow our presence across a defined territory. You will partner with healthcare providers to elevate procedural success and ultimately advance Boston Scientific\u2019s mission to transform lives through innovative medical solutions. \n\n \n\nThis is more than a sales-support role\u2014it is an opportunity to become a trusted clinical expert, build long-term partnerships with physicians and hospital teams, and make a tangible impact on patients with atrial fibrillation and structural heart disease. \n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include: \n\n * Educating current and potential customers on the safe and effective use of Watchman and FARAPULSE technologies through compelling presentations, hands-on training, and clinical support \n\n\n\n\n * Traveling regularly to hospitals and clinics to assess customer needs, deliver procedural support, and guide physicians on best practices for patient care \n\n\n\n\n * Building strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to identify opportunities for therapy adoption and market expansion \n\n\n\n\n * Collaborating across cross-functional teams\u2014sales, marketing, clinical research, and training\u2014to deliver strategic insights and implement territory-specific plans \n\n\n\n\n * Championing new product launches and acting as a resource for competitive intelligence within the electrophysiology and structural heart space \n\n\n\n\n * Supporting market development initiatives by connecting with key opinion leaders, external fellows, and referring physicians to promote awareness and utilization \n\n\n\n\n * Contributing to talent development and mentoring new team members as needed, while embracing Boston Scientific\u2019s inclusive and high-performance culture \n\n\n\n\n * Monitoring clinical trial activity in your area, including interest visits, site initiations, and protocol education \n\n\n\n\n * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures by maintaining current knowledge of clinical trial protocols and standards \n\n\n\n\n * Participating in on-call coverage as required to support critical case needs \n\n\n\n\n \n\nRequired qualifications: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent experience). \n\n\n\n\n * Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in clinical cardiology, medical device sales, or equivalent education and experience. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred qualifications: \n\n * Work experience in Structural Heart/Atrial Fibrillation desired. \n\n\n\n\n * Must demonstrate technical aptitude, and ability to discuss \u0026 explain complex technical product information. \n\n\n\n\n * MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nRequisition ID: 628869\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $70,000 to $115,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
