Affordable Housing Property Manager

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY MANAGER
Sheridan, Wyoming

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate Affordable Housing Property Manager to join our team in Sheridan.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of an affordable housing property.
- Communicate with residents, applicants, staff, and vendors in a kind, courteous, and appropriately direct manner.
- Assist with leasing, certifications, recertifications, inspections, work orders, notices, and resident concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reports.
- Consistently enforce property policies while treating every individual with dignity and respect.
- Protect all resident, applicant, employee, and company information with strict confidentiality.
- Refer media inquiries, online comments, and public complaints to authorized management. Employees may not post, reply to, or publicly disclose confidential resident matters or non-public company information.

Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills are required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Sound judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Property management or affordable housing experience is preferred.
- RealPage software experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be available for a rotating after-hours emergency schedule.
