After School Care Aide- Hermann, MO

St. George School in Hermann, MO is in search of an After School Care Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. Hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Days are flexible. Applicants who are at least 16 years of age or older, active in their faith-life, and have a strong work ethic are perfect candidates for this position. The candidate should have an understanding of the importance of the developmental milestones in a young child's life and ensuring a safe environment. Other skills needed in this position are to assist tutoring students in academic subjects such as reading, writing, math, and other areas, assist with behavior management, discipline, interpersonal actions, and act as a role model. A successful candidate is reasonably determined by the principal.
