Afternoon ABA Clinic Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Position: Part-Time
Setting: ABA Clinic
Circle Care Services is looking for a responsible, energetic, and highly organized Afternoon Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ABA clinic during the busy after-school hours.
The Clinic Manager will be a strong daily presence in the center, working closely with children, RBTs, BCBAs, families, and the Circle Care team to make sure the clinic runs smoothly and remains organized, welcoming, and well supported.
Responsibilities
Oversee the clinic during afternoon hours and ensure daily operations run smoothly
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for children, families, and staff
Support RBTs and clinical staff with day-to-day needs
Assist staff during behavioral or emergency situations
Help coordinate coverage when an RBT is absent and address last-minute staffing needs
Keep the clinic schedule updated and organized
Track client attendance, including tardies and cancellations
Communicate with parents as needed and help address day-to-day questions or concerns
Prepare and organize materials for clinic activities
Make sure classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Monitor supplies and coordinate ordering of needed materials
Assist with clinic events and special activities
Communicate issues or concerns to the appropriate clinical or corporate team and follow through until resolved

Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed
Experience in ABA, childcare, education, healthcare, or a similar setting is strongly preferred
ABA/RBT experience is a plus
