Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new prospects into loyal policyholders

• Advise clients on insurance options tailored to their unique needs

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships with continuous support

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth

• Organize leads and track engagement using CRM software

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls

• Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
