Position: Agent Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$500/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build and operate LLM agents in production environments.
• Ensure agent reliability and evaluate performance improvements.
• Manage long-running processes like scheduled jobs and cloud sandboxes.
• Develop internal monoagents and shared company memory systems.
• Enhance agent visibility and cost tracking for organizational use.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in building and operating LLM agents.
• Proven track record of improving agent reliability and performance.
