Job Description - Agent Surveillance

Description

Identifying issues Looking for suspicious activity, such as cheating at the tables, stealing, or disorderly conduct
Reporting Notifying security staff and supervisors of any potential problems, in writing or verbally
Assisting operations Helping with patron disputes or internal control issues
Ensuring compliance Making sure the casino is following all state gaming regulations and company policies
Monitoring Using video monitors, and audio equipment to observe the casino's interior and exterior

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge
Proficient in English verbal and written
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
