Job Description - Agg Plant Leader

Purpose of Position:

General labor and operation of equipment at imi’s Carroll County Sand and Gravel Aggregate Plant located in Delphi, IN. The position will assign tasks to co-workers and ensure the plant's operations are in order daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

General labor.

Heavy Equipment Operator

Oversight of site maintenance and housekeeping

Record keeping

Some welding and cutting.

Assigning tasks to employees assigned to this location

All other duties as assigned by management.
