Aggregate Dispatch/Weightmaster

• Take customer orders, schedule and coordinate trucks to correctly dispatch to job sites.


• Ensure accuracy of information on all bills of ladings.


• Answer telephones.


• Responsible for record keeping and filing.


• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.   


• Assist and travel to other aggregate locations to backfill, when necessary. 


• Other duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.


• Ability to multitask


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent computer skills


• Windows & Google Suite experience


• Organizational skills and strong people skills required.


• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.


• Experience with Google Suite is required.
