Job Summary: 


We are seeking a highly motivated and effective Agreement Coordinator to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract. The Agreement Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and partnership documentation for the ASBP, ensuring agreements are drafted, coordinated, tracked, updated, and reported in a timely and compliant manner. This role will serve as the central point of coordination among legal, program, and operational stakeholders; maintain authoritative agreement records; monitor milestones and expirations; and provide leadership with clear visibility into agreement status, risks, and actions required to sustain ASBP partnerships and operations. 


 


Responsibilities and Duties: 



  • Draft, review, coordinate, negotiate, and track MOAs with civilian blood centers, partner agencies, and other external organizations. 



  • Maintain a centralized, authoritative repository of all active, pending, and expired MOAs and associated documentation. 



  • Coordinate closely with legal counsel, program managers, Medical Treatment Facilities, Service Blood Program Offices, and operational stakeholders throughout the MOA lifecycle. 



  • Track agreement milestones, expirations, renewals, and required updates to ensure continuity of operations and compliance. 



  • Prepare regular status reports, risk summaries, and leadership briefings on MOA activities and partnership health. 



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding MOA management, processing, and status. 



  • Support preparation of briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership and external partners related to ASBP partnerships. 



  • Participate in ASBP staff meetings and working sessions to provide updates on MOA status and issues. 



  • Routinely receive, review, and analyze credit reports and related documentation from civilian blood agencies. 



  • Ensure all agreements and supporting documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible for audit and oversight purposes. 



  • Identify potential risks, gaps, or compliance issues in agreements and elevate them to leadership for resolution. 


Qualifications and Skills: 



  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.  



  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agreements management, contract administration, program coordination, or administrative operations. 



  • Experience supporting Federal or DoD organizations strongly preferred. 



  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple agreements and stakeholders simultaneously. 



  • Strong organizational, tracking, and documentation management skills. 



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership briefings and reports. 



  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment.
